Insurance

Don’t have health insurance? No problem! We'll take care of you.

We welcome all patients who don’t have health insurance. We have non-insurance special discount plans for you. Please ask us about it. We will do our best to offer affordable treatment plans to get your back in healthy condition as soon as possible.

Auto Insurance

For a patient who was involved in a car accident as a driver, passenger or pedestrian.

We can wait until you or your attorney settle with the other side insurance company even you don’t have any auto insurance medical payment, PIP, or health insurance.

You can get treated if you have a medical payment or PIP in your auto insurance policy, even though the accident was caused by your fault. We will try to help you hire an attorney, fill out any documentation, and give advice if you need. With our effort, you just need to concentrate on receiving proper treatment without further stress.

We do not accept Cigna & United Health Care when the patient is involved in auto accident.

Workers Compensation

Workers compensation is a form of insurance that provides compensation medical care for employees who are injured in the course of employment, in exchange for mandatory relinquishment of the employee’s right to sue his or her employer for the tort of negligence.

You have to inform or report immediately your work-related injury to your supervisor if you are injured.

This is the most important step to take as inital procedure in workers compensation case.
You may need to hire workers compensation attorney to protect yourself if you cannot handle this case by yourself.

If you are injured at work, you may be entitled to injury compensation benefits provided under the Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA). Federal employees have certain rights and responsibilities in filing for these benefits.
Immediately report any work-related injury to your supervisor. If your injury requires medical treatment, obtain care as soon as possible.

You have a right to choose your treating physician who is not excluded by the Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs (OWCP).

If you are temporarily unable to work because of your injury, you need to keep your supervisor informed about your medical condition, and return to work as soon as your physician allows you to do so. Light duty assignments may be available if you are not able to perform your regular job activities, and if so, you must advise your physician.

If you experience a work-related injury, your supervisor will tell you who to contact for assistance and additional information and can provide you with a rights and responsibilities letter. To protect your rights and receive benefits as quickly as possible, please do not delay in reporting work-related injuries.

Health Insurance Plans We Accept

We accept most insurance plans and all PPO’s. Our staff will be glad to verify and review your benefits and eligibility with you prior to your first visit. Our doctors are currently in-network providers and participate in the following insurance plans:

Medicare Part B – Medicare is accepted by a chiropractic doctor’s office but the patient still needs to pay extra fees for exam (only 1st visit), physical therapies, and 20% of chiropractic adjustment care unless having another 2nd insurance like federal BC/BS. If having medicare supplement insurance, the patient does not need to pay for 20% of chiropractic adjustment care; however, the patient still needs to pay for exam (only 1st visit) and physical therapies, because medicare does not cover exam and physical therapy performed by a chiropractic doctor.
